Aloha, I'm Lovette Llantos.
I am a top-producing Real Estate Agent-Broker on the Big Island of Hawaii with over 20 years of real estate sales and experience.
As a Broker-in-Charge, I educated, trained, and shared with my agents knowledge, wisdom, and practical experience that will help them develop a pipeline of business to sustain a productive and fulfilling career in real estate.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, DC. My professional experience includes executive leadership, sales and business development, association management, property management, productivity coaching, contract standards development and contracts review, agent mentorship, and professional sales training.
I am active in leadership roles with the Hawaii state and local real estate organizations to help establish and streamline policies and procedures that help real estate agent be more effective and efficient with the ultimate goal of helping their clients.
I stay on top of industry professional standards, rules and regulations, and business practices through continuing education, seminars, workshops, as other educational opportunities.

Community Service & Accolades
I have dedicated myself as a volunteer with the real estate organizations, serving on the board and multiple committees over the years. I have also served on the board of directors of West Hawaii Association of Realtors (WHAR) and Hawai‘i Island Realtors (HIR). I'm currently on our Standards Forms Committee of our State Board - Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR).
I was proud to be recognized by Filipina Women’s’ Network with the FWN100 Award™ as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the USA in 2009 for outstanding professional and community leadership. During my time living in Washington, DC, I served as chairperson of the Philippine American Foundation for Charities (PAFC) and president of the Filipino Young Professionals of Washington, DC. I also founded and organized an annual Volleyball tournament for 15 years attended by competitors from up and down the East Coast from New York to Florida.
Here in Hawaii, I am committed to supporting numerous Big Island charitable causes. I am the founder of the Fil-Am Hawai‘i Foundation and the Annual Fil-Am Friendship Tennis Charity Fundraiser where we’ve helped over 100 kids go to college since its inception in 2007. I am the Vice President of the Kona Visayan Club that helps provide outreach services to Big Island residents and abroad. I have served as Vice President and Director and Local League Coordinator of the West Hawai‘i District Tennis Association. I have also volunteered at the Ironman Triathlon World Championships for 10 years.

In my free time, I love dancing hula, playing competitive tennis with United States Tennis Association, pickleball, and being an active volunteer in my community as well as at my place of worship. I also used to play competitive volleyball with the USA Volleyball.
