Our journey with Lovette was epic. She helped us purchase a home in Waikoloa in 2017. Then, in 2021, we began looking for a larger home and put our home on the market. We had over 10 offers and we entered escrow but with the contingency that we had to find and purchase a replacement home before we would sell our current home. It took us until May 2024 to find that replacement home. Once found, Lovette worked her magic, for she had to navigate three transactions: the buyer of our home had to sell their condo in order for them to buy our home and we had to sell our home in order to purchase our replacement home.
